ILCE, officially the Instituto Latinoamericano de la Comunicación Educativa (Latin American Educational Communication Institute), is an international intergovernmental organization based in Mexico.
Established by UNESCO in 1956, ILCE holds diplomatic status and is dedicated to advancing educational communication for the benefit of Latin America and the Caribbean. As a regional multilateral organization, it fosters cooperation with both regional and extraregional countries and entities.
ILCE also broadcasts various educational programs through television channels such as Canal Iberoamericano and Espacio Universitario (Canal 15).
